With that pin weight you might go over the 3,500 lbs for the # 325-GH-8045 but you will not have a problem using the # GY38FR with a pin weight capacity range of 2,000 lbs - 4,500 lbs. There's a good chance that the Bulldog Round A-Frame Jack Drop Leg # BD500377 will fit your existing RAM jack, but I do highly recommend verifying the outer diameter of your current inner drop leg (or the inner diameter of the outer tube). As long as your drop leg has a 1-3/4" outer diameter or the outer jack tube features a 2" inner diameter this will work great.

You can select a spare hub for your new 2018 Grand Design Momentum 349M 5th wheel toy hauler by confirming which set of bearing is used in your OEM hubs.
